Referral terms

Participation

Eligible Trvime account holders may share their own referral code using the referral feature. The reward amount, eligibility, qualifying booking, expiry and usage limits displayed in the app for the offer apply. No reward is guaranteed unless those conditions are met. The account minimum age is 13; minors require guardian permission and an adult for bookings requiring contractual capacity.

Fair use

Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fictitious bookings, spam and misleading claims are prohibited. Share codes only with people who wish to receive them. Cancelled, refunded or fraudulent bookings may not qualify, and related rewards may be reversed. Rewards are used only as described in the offer and are not redeemable for cash unless expressly stated.

Changes and questions

We may stop or change future offers and investigate abuse; valid earned entitlements and mandatory consumer rights remain protected. Booking payments are processed by Paymob; Trvime stores no card data. We process referral and booking records to administer the programme under our privacy policy and applicable Egyptian law, including Law No. 151/2020.
